Computer Wholesalers

I had so much fun with designing this one - from making little characters modeled after real-world friends (hi Micah!), to adding the whimsical elements like the cleaning arms or data thief, to working with the halftone textures and limited color palette. My favorite was dressing the character in the different fashions of the last 25 years.

Smuckers Farm to Table

This video gave me an opportunity to try creating something in a completely different style than I was used to. I decided I wanted it to have a watercolor look, which I had never attempted before. Using scanned watercolor textures and washes, I cut/pasted them to create a sort of collage, which Jen animated beautifully with bleed effects, the end result was beautiful.

Campus Explorers

This is another one where the design process was just so much fun. It's a pretty simple video, but getting to create all the little characters was a delight, and the end result was just so colorful and charming. (Plus as an easter egg, I got to throw in a little self-portrait too!)
