Client: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Who They Are: Homecare Homebase is a software company serving home health and hospice agencies nationwide.
The Problem: HCHB needed a way to take really complicated subject matter and bring it to life in a way that was easy to understand. Being in the home health and hospice space which is heavily regulated, they often have complicated products that do complicated things. All that tied in with the fact that their audience is not the most tech savvy, they needed to find a solution that could easily explain their products and also give their sales team a fast and easy way to explain the products too.
What We Did: Smart Fish Productions created a series of explainer videos (currently 12) covering a variety of topics to better explain what the HCHB products do and how they benefit the agencies.
How They’ve Used Them: Presentations, Website, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, Sales Team Training, New Hire Training
Video Performance: Though all their videos have been successful, their Smart Scheduling video has proven to have the most impact out of all of them.
The Scenario: Homecare Homebase has a product that does automatic scheduling for home health and hospice agencies, however it was written into the backend of their software so it was not possible to demo the product. Their Smart Fish Productions video helped people visualize the product better and ended up solving a huge problem for them.
