Client: Cornerstone Community Financial

What We Did: Smart Fish produced a series of short videos targeted at millennials that explained CCF’s new checking account services, as well as their mobile and online banking tools. The videos were used to quickly explain the features and benefits of CCF’s mobile and online banking tools, sent out by their customer service reps to help answer member questions about those tools, and entice new (younger) members to join.

How They Used It: Training, Email to Members, Added link to Leaflets

Video Performance: The clever character-driven storylines featured fun characters (including two brother/sister family members, a doggo, and a crab). This creative animated approach made them highly sticky and memorable among the millennial target audience.  

We are currently updating the videos to match the bank’s new brand colors to sustain their long-term shelf life as part of our ongoing relationship with the client.
